Sometimes, movies just really show you how it should be done. This horror movie has exquisite pacing and manages to tread the line between being subtle enough that you could believe this might happen to you, and overt enough to keep you interested. I think this is the must-see horror movie of the year. After watching it, I just itched to inject more darkness into my stories. I could see the pacing structure blossom before my very eyes.
